Chart 1. Adapted from company planning timeline and MINCETUR (2024). “Reporte Regional de Turismo Ancash 2024”.

The implementation plan shows how the business will start its operations step by step in a 6-month timeline. The first stage includes legal registration, property preparation, and basic furnishing of the accommodation. The second stage focuses on hiring and training staff, especially local guides and caretakers, to guarantee safety and professionalism. Finally, the last stage includes launching both tours and accommodation, supported by digital promotion through Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and tourism platforms like Booking.com and TripAdvisor, where guests can leave reviews.

These digital tools help the company gain visibility and build trust, but personal communication through phone and in-person contact continues to be essential for tourists who want safety and clarity before booking. This mix of digital and human communication helps ANCORACÁ ROUTES stay modern but still connected with people.

CONCLUSION

The implementation plan gives a clear and realistic process to make ANCORACÁ ROUTES ready for operation in only six months. It combines practical preparation, community hiring, and online promotion. The use of digital tools, together with local collaboration and personal contact, makes this plan achievable and sustainable for a small tourism business in Huaraz.

ABOUT OPERATION & IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Both the Operations Plan and Implementation Plan complement each other to make ANCORACÁ ROUTES a sustainable and community-based tourism project. The operations plan focuses on how the company works day to day, while the implementation plan shows when and how those operations will start. The connection between local knowledge, digital presence, and customer care represents the company’s main strength. By combining traditional hospitality (through the family house in Huaraz) with modern communication and marketing tools, the business can provide authentic, safe, and memorable experiences. The approach supports the local economy and creates a bridge between travelers and the culture of Ancash.
